Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to Covid19 safety precautions, we are unable to accept Returns on final sale items.

Exchange of purchased items is also limited, according to the following.

Exchange of your purchased items is allowed (unless otherwise mentioned on the product page) and within the same brand alone. Exchange is allowed for a replacement of the same product (another size/colour/variant) of the same brand, or another product within the same brand (against the same value).
Please check the Policy followed by your Brand if there is any doubt regarding the Exchange Policy for your Order.

For Brands where Exchange is allowed, the following rules apply :
In the event that you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchange on items that are unworn and have the tag intact. 

  • Only unworn items and with the tag intact will be accepted for exchange, within 7 days of when the item was delivered to you.
  • You may exchange your product for another product of the same price / value, and from the same Brand/Seller alone ( subject to Brand policies). 
  • Shipping (return) of the item to be exchange will be done by you and the cost of the same will be borne by you.
  • In the case of a defective or damaged product alone however, the cost of shipping the goods will be borne by the Seller after photo proof of the same has been emailed to and confirmation of the same has been received by the sender. 
  • We reserve the right to deny the payment to sender (of the cost of shipping) without prior return (exchange) approval. To send back your Order to the Seller, we will get back to you with the address and other instructions for completion of the exchange process.

To begin your exchange process, go to 'My Orders' and choose the product to be exchanged/replaced and click 'Return'.  We will reply to your request within 24-48 hours.
